Hostel Facility

Hostel is within campus, which provides a secure, tranquil, pollution and noise-free environment for academic success.

Female students are lodged in well-ventilated Rooms with facilities for studying, recreation, praying etc.

Hostels are provided with round the clock security.

MESS FACILITY : Hygienic Mess has been provided to cater to students coming from different sections of the Globe.

Library And Reading Room

In view of the hard work and effort expected to be put in by the students of the program, a well equipped collage Library is available. The books can be checked out for a period of 2 weeks. The books have to be returned promptly on or before the due date. The books, journals and all the printed material in the library are the property of the institute. They should be handled with care. The books assigned to reference section of the library should not be taken out. Reference books can be checked out at 4pm and returned the following morning by 8am. Students should not underline or make any marks in the books and to ensure good care. Library will be closed at 5pm sharp. Any books missing or lost from the library shall be paid for the students.

Our Laboratories

The college has various well equipped laboratories with adequate latest
articles for the students to learn and practice procedures,

1. NURSING FOUNDATION LABORATORY
To provide comprehensive nursing care to the clients admitted in hospitals, student will be given preliminary training in Patient care at the college laboratory. We have 10 beds, where each bed is provided with complete bed unit. There are two technologically advanced manikins, teaching and learning aids and various other equipment and models, charts for the quality learning of the students.

2. ADVANCE SKILL LABORATORY
In our college an advanced skill lab aims at teaching and training students the essential advanced nursing skills. The lab helps use of skills taught by repeated practice on mannequins. The skill lab clearly defines the learning outcomes against each activity being demonstrated. This helps the nursing supervisor to assess the students who are weak in particular skills. There by helping them to reinforce their knowledge through repeated hands on mannequins. It is also the venue for conducting the trauma life supporting courses as well as the advanced cardiac life support courses.

3. COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSING PRACTICE LABORATORY
A stimulated home environment allows nursing students to practice their common health skills in a life-like scenario.
It is designed for students to develop skills in primary care for the individual’s families and groups at both urban and rural settings.
The Lab equipped with well-arranged community bag for each candidate for treating minor health problems. The lab also equipped with various models, charts, necessary articles and instruments for health assessment.

4. NUTRITION LABORATORY
The subject nutrition is designed to assist the students to acquire knowledge for maintenance of optimum health at different stages of life. Our Nutrition lab is well established with all facilities for the preparation of different food items. Types of Diet as per the clients therapeutic Diet needs.

5. MATERNAL & CHILD HEALTH LABORATORY
The lab has well equipped instruments, Dummies, articles and other required specimens as per INC requirements, which provides simulation and practice skills on various procedures to the students. MCH Lab gives an opportunity to become competent and more confident and less liable to commit accidents mistakes during their real practical situations.

6. PRE-CLINICAL SCIENCE LABORATORY
We have well equipped lab with skeleton, bones and different specimens.

7. COMPUTER LABORATORY
The information technologies and learning resources are essential in each institution for their academic and administrative purposes. Information technology is the use of computers to store, retrieve and transmit data or information. In today’s medical facilities, nurses must have a good grasp of how computers are used in the nursing profession. Considering the need of this situation our institution has a well-equipped computer lab with more than 15 advanced computers.
